The Role
We have an opportunity for Consulting Psychiatrists to join us as a VMO at our specialist private mental health hospital in Toowoomba, Qld.
Applications from practitioners with an interest in either general adult, child-adolescent, older person psychiatry, or addiction are welcome.
Ideally applicants will have FRANZCP, specialist registration with AHPRA and be eligible for an unrestricted Medicare provider number. We are willing to consider applications from psychiatrists with international medical qualifications requiring a Section 19AB exemption for a Medicare Provider Number granted by the Federal Health Minister and will consider doctors from countries which are regarded as having comparable professional standards for the RANZCP Fellowship pathway.
